I ordered from Miss Ord and, shockingly, the shipping cost wasn’t ridiculous. Compared to some other sites that apparently think delivery should cost half the order, this felt fair. There also wasn’t some fun little surprise fee waiting for me at checkout, which was nice for a change. The package arrived fine too, so yeah, overall I’m happy with it

I was trying to order a dress from Miss Ord, but most of the sizes and colors I actually liked were out of stock. They still show up on the site though, which is kind of annoying... I ended up finding a backup option, but it wasn’t really the one I wanted. Hopefully they get better about updating their stock.

I ordered a dress and, overall, it did look close to the pictures. The fit was fine too, nothing really surprising there. The only thing is the fabric was shinier in person than I expected, which isn’t necessarily bad, just not totally what I had in mind. I kept looking back at the product photos thinking maybe I missed it, but yeah, I wish they showed the material a little more clearly.

I ordered a couple of dresses and the package showed up right on time, which was great. But one of the colors was totally not what I picked, and another dress came in the wrong size. Customer service was polite, but it took way longer than I expected to get everything sorted out. It wasn’t a horrible experience or anything, but I’m not super sure I’d order again

The reply was clear. No back and forth forever. They just sorted it out and didn’t make it feel like a big deal. Really appreciated that. I’d order from them again.

I liked the overall look of the dress designs, and a few of them are really cute and trendy. That said, some styles felt a little over the top for me, kind of ridiculous. Still, it’s not bad overall and I’d probably wear the simpler ones.

I had to send one item back, and it was way easier than I expected. I messaged support, they got back to me fast, and the steps were clear, clear enough that I didn’t have to keep asking follow-up questions.

The refund showed up a few days later and that was that. No chasing, no weird excuses, no back-and-forth drama. Really, really happy with how smoothly it all went

The tracking didn’t really update much at the beginning, which was a little annoying, but the parcel arrived safely in the end. I’d probably order again, just wouldn’t stress too much if the tracking is slow. Taking off one star for that

I ordered a dress from Miss Ord and wasn’t sure what to expect with the sizing, but it ended up fitting really well.
I did check the size chart before buying, and it turned out to be accurate. The waist and bust fit nicely without feeling too tight or too loose, and the length was close to what I had in mind. I do wish the instructions or sizing notes were a little clearer though, just to make choosing easier.
Overall, I’m happy with it. Online sizing can be such a guessing game, but this one worked out for me. I’d probably order my normal size again.

I thought this dress looked fine online, but in person it was definitely doing a lot more than I expected. Maybe great if you’re trying to be the main event, but I was just going to a family wedding, so... not exactly the vibe. I ordered a dress from missord and, for something like clothing, I thought the packaging was good enough. It came in a sealed bag inside another mailer, so the dress didn’t get dirty or crushed in transit.

The outer bag was a little creased when it arrived, but that didn’t bother me since the actual item was totally fine. If it had been something fragile I might feel differently, but for a dress, it did the job. 4 stars from me

The fabric feels soft and nice overall. It is a little on the thin side, but it still works well and is useful for what I needed.
